Receive travel requests from the travellers and travel bookers
Obtain the 3 best possible options on rates from suppliers for car hire, hotel and airline for the travellers and travel bookers
Compile a quotation on the travel package and forward this to the travellers and travel bookers
Arrange bookings as per the approved quote from the travellers and travel bookers
Provide booking confirmation to the travellers and travel bookers once bookings have been made
Confirm final travel bookings with the travellers and travel bookers
Receive a package order or booking form from the travellers and travel bookers indicating that they have accepted the confirmation of the bookings
Issue the travel documents, i.e. airline tickets, car hire and hotel vouchers to the travellers and travel bookers via email
Forex and any other ancillary services
Read and research information in order to remain abreast with changes within the market.
