- Document business requirements
- Create and maintain system requirements specifications
- Project manager of new implementations
- Develop effective relationships with all stakeholders in the area of responsibility
- Analyse system functionality to support business requirements (new/existing)
- Support the role out of new technical solution and or changes
- Assist with user acceptance, regression and functional testing
- Identify areas for improvement and/or additional training
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Experience with support and/or implementation of online booking tools.
- A strong knowledge of Galileo.
- A good understanding of business travel.
- The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions.
- Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
