Job Description
- Provide first and second line support for online booking tools
- Provide client, user, agent and staff training where necessary
- Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate with key personnel where necessary
- Test of new client implementation set-up once completed by implementation team
- Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated and distributed where applicable
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Experience with support and/or implementation of online booking tools.
- A strong knowledge of Galileo.
- A good understanding of business travel.
- The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions.
- Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
