Job Description
Dynamic boutique high end agency is looking for a special, well spoken candidate to liaise with our customers and manage their brand experience. The position will require the candidate to liaise with resorts directly, arrange special touches as well as deal with any customer complaints that may arise and ensure the customer maintains a positive perception of the brand. The candidate will also be required to empower and train and mentor consultants on superior customer experiences in line with brand expectations.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Excellent command of the English language, Afrikaans would be beneficial although not essential
- Presentable and well spoken
- At least 3 years experience in the travel industry (non negotiable)
- Past experience in a customer service role
- A valid driver's licence
- Own vehicle
- Ability to solve problems
- Dynamic thinker

Duties Include
- Monitoring and canvassing completed reservations and interacting with customers to ensure brand expectations are met
- Liaising with airlines, hotels and other suppliers to arrange special touches, resolve complaints and create a superior experience for our customers
- Updating customers on complaints, ensuring communication is maintained
- Liaising with consultants and other departments,empowering superior customer service throughout the brand
- Reporting to management on the above
