Qualification:
- Matric Qualification.
- Travel Diploma.
- Galileo (Smartpoint) + Quicktrav Essential
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a corporate travel management company environment.

General Details
- Must be operational on Galileo(Smartpoint) + Quicktrav
- Issue full domestic and beginner point to point reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
- Accurately complete all reissues
- Ability to complete refunds
- Knowledge of corporate fares / Low cost carriers
- Fully conversant with paperless procedures
- Full alignment to TWF’s policies and procedures
- Beginners, intermediate and advanced fares course
- Ticketing course
- Business acumen
- Customer service
- Sound geographical knowledge
- Understanding and adhering to the clients’ travel policies, procedures and service level agreements
- The ability to problem solve
- A client centric mentality, with service consistency
- Ability to build customer relationships
