Thompsons Holidays, in-house creative studio is looking for a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic Creative Services Specialist (Senior Graphic Designer) who will be responsible for utilizing a variety of mediums in the creation and design of a wide range of marketing assets while managing a team and workflow.
Projects include email campaigns, info graphics, flyers, banners, billboards, posters, brochures, social media, digital and website.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, agile with a precise eye for compelling marketing creativity. He/she should be proficient in all aspects of the creative workflow. The Specialist should stay ahead of current market trends and channels. The successful candidate will work closely with design and marketing personnel to deliver content that exceeds the expectations of our customers

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate and professional manner
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Hands on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- A 3 year National higher Diploma in Graphic Design or a 4 year Degree in Graphic Design
- Personal Skills/Attributes
- High level of creativity and innovation
- Excellent range of design skills.
- Understand the print process and web design.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail
- Conceptualise and interpret briefs for all jobs
- Interact with all levels of management and staff
- Ability to work in a team with other designers and marketing team.
- Candidate must take pride in their work and take ownership of a project
- Understand the travel industry and markets (an advantage)
