Job Description
The duties of the successful candidate will include, but will not be limited to the following:
* Act as a consultant at schools, clubs and universities to provide the client with adequate advice and guidance about all aspects of touring
* Create tour itineraries and interesting tour programmes for the client
* Organising of tours (coordinating clients & suppliers demands/requirements and responsibilities)
* Liaise with international agents on a regular basis
* Source flights from various airlines to enable Trendsetters Travel to offer the most cost-effective airfares
* Negotiate prices with all suppliers to enable Trendsetters Travel to offer the most cost-effective tours to clients
* Strive to improve products, programmes and service levels on a continues basis
* Travel to international destinations occasionally to build relationships with our agents and investigate new business opportunities and products
Building relations with key clients in order to grow sales and ensure continues market leadership.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
* Tertiary qualification. Preferably a B Com Degree or Travel Diploma
* 3 YEARS (minimum) travel experience
* Planning and organizational skills, planning, problem solving & assessment skills
* Oral and written communication skills
* Customer SERVICE orientated
* High level of integrity, professionalism and trustworthiness
* Relationship building skills. (Excellent communication and people skills)
* Time management and prioritization
* Completely bilingual (English 1st language & Afrikaans)
* Eye for detail
* Extremely reliable
* Computer Literate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
* Must have initiative, drive and enthusiasm
* The ability to work calmly under pressure
* Strategic and innovative in growing the Company’s profits and delighting customers
