Job Description
The Junior Corporate Travel Consultant is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, walk in etc.).
The travel consultant is the primary point of contact for the customer and provides active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related product.
This position requires an incumbent to demonstrate an understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry. Works independently on requests. Takes the initiative to provide assistance to team members and management as requested.

Minimum 3 year’s experience in the travel industry.

- Quote and confirm domestic flights and land arrangements
- Book and issue airline tickets on the Galileo GDS and Lia Reservation System
- Access the BSP Link to process EMDs
- Clear Galileo Q’s three times per day
- Process vouchers on the Quicktrav Front Desk system
- Supply concise travel itineraries
- Confirm Business and Leisure travel
- Processing own refunds
- Capturing of bookings on Lia
- Emergency phone to be manned on a rotation basis for a period of one week per consultant
- Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues
