Job Description
- Increase sales and revenue on a daily basis through telephonic and email requests
- Converting e-mail requests and holiday package requests into sales and revenue.
- Responsible for offering and selling additional Travelstart products and 3rd Party products with every booking
- Accurate completion of all new bookings, invoicing, amended bookings and all other administrative responsibilities within expected timeframe.
- Respond to all relevant inbound and outbound calls as required.
- Respond and action all relevant email correspondence with customers within time requirement.
- Strive to deliver a high standard of customer service and work output
- Assisting, as a team, to implement "best practise" policies and procedures
- Ensure all Sales targets set are reached to ensure sales and revenue while minimising errors and losses
- Professional written and verbal communication is expected at all times between consultant/client and consultant/consultant
- All turn-around times are strictly adhered to for quotes
- Same day follow up is expected on all bookings.
- Extra’s such as accommodation, car hire and Travelstart products are offered on every booking
- All information pertaining to a booking and repeated back to the client verbally at the time of booking to avoid errors
- If you answer a call and a particular consultant is not available I expect that you offer to assist the client
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- At least 2 years in the sales industry with proven KPIs
- At least 2 years in the travel industry
- Amadeus
