Qualification:

Minimum Requirements

  1. Galileo / Quicktrav
  2. 5 yrs+ senior consultant experience in TMC
  3. Exceptional customer service skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Handle Corporate Accounts and some spin off leisure
  6. Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge
  7. Good destination knowledg
Job specifications
  1. Ability to handle pressure
  2. Ability to handle large volumes and quick turnaround time
  3. All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings
  4. EMD
  5. Ticketing
  6. Ticket re-issue
  7. Process visas correctly and timeously
  8. Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
  9. Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues
  10. Attention to detail
