Job Description
- Handling all after sales administration processes.
- Handling of booking processes with suppliers
- Issuing of travel documents
- Handling Fares & Ticketing duties
- Handling revalidations, reissues & schedule changes
- Managing booking cancellations & amendments
- Thorough checks of all travel documentation
- Resolving customer complaints in a positive manner
- Ensuring that all after sales customer needs are met
- After sales quality checks to minimise risks of errors

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Proficient on GDS, preferably Amadeus
- Great listening skills
- Good Organisational, written, verbal & communication skills
- Strong problem solving ability and negotiation skills
- Ability to calmly handle complains
- Natural curiosity to investigate possible solutions to ensure a more seamless customer experience
- Ability to build relationships with fellow colleagues, support teams and suppliers
- Ability to work independently or as a team to reach a common goal
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Adapt easily to systems & new developments
