Job Description
Work together with and manage dynamic sales team representing international airlines. Act as key point of contact between the airline and its customers, namely direct clients, corporate accounts and valued travel trade partners.
- Manage and direct sales team
- Maintain and grow existing relationships.
- Identify and establish new business / revenue streams.
- Organising targeted sales visits.
- Airline product presentations.
- Maintenance of accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Review / monitor and analyse airline sales figures and trends.
- Negotiating contracts and incentive agreements.
- Monthly reporting and analysis.
- Hosting media and trade educational’s

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Must have leadership / management skills and experience.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years airline sales experience.
- Good understanding of airline distribution channels
- Maturity; Confidence; Perseverance; Patience; Accuracy
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Professional work ethic
- Commercial awareness
- Numerical skills
- Strong analytical background
- Advanced knowledge of MS Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- CRM Experience a plus.
