We have a fantastic opportunity to join our BDM Team at Cruises International. Your proven Sales Executive, Business Development and Customer Service experience is what we are looking for to grow our sales team.

The ideal Business Development Manager is a highly sales driven, passionate, collaborative, outgoing, creative oriented individual. A seasoned candidate will demonstrate the following skills and take on the below responsibilities. Reporting to the Sales Senior Manager you will develop your own call plan by segmenting the relevant trade partners.

It is the BDM’s responsibility to ensure that the Sales are coming in and desired results are being met. Make sure you are living up to the expectations of the organisation.

Your sales focus will be outbound, working with the Travel Trade to make the agents lives as easy as possible and to communicate sales initiatives to channel partners and customers.
