Two Year Fixed Term Contract with possibility to extend
CUSTOMER RETENTION
- New and existing customers (grow and retain all existing customers)
- Relationship building with our customers
- Month end report turnover reports / reasons for up, down and non-trading
- Organisation contacts CEO to SCM - all key personal
- Management reports
- Maintaining our data base; Quicktrav, Travel Soft & Profile Manager
- Customer workshops and educationals
- Manage complaints and queries
- Surveys, Newsletters
- Insightly (CRM)
NEW ACCOUNTS AND CONTACTS
- Implement new account/contract in line with COCT policies
- Source new leads
SUPPLIERS
- Ongoing supplier negotiations i.e. commission and account facilities
- Implementation of account facilities and commissions with COCT office and supplier
- Relationship building
TENDERS
- Assist with tender briefings
- Follow up on tenders
- Database registration and maintenance
- Source new tenders
ADMINISTRATION
- Adhere to COCT reporting procedures & policy
- Familiarise yourself with COCT products and services
LEARNING AND GROWTH
- Self-development
- Implement training and development according to Personal development plan.
- Read and research information in order to remain abreast with changes within the market
