- At least 3 years Galileo Experience
- Exceptional knowledge of fares, fare rules
- Advanced ability to perform re-issues, exchanges and manual fare builds
- Attention to detail and ability to find potential mistakes

General Details
Duties Include:
- Checking of bookings and reconfirmations
- Best deal check prior to issuing
- Payment confirmations with Finance department
- Manage quality issues with regards to customer service
- Re-Issues, refunds & revalidations
- Cancellations
- Documents & packaging
- Reporting to management
- Supplier reporting
- Staff training and development on Galileo systems
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8h30 to 17h00
