Qualification:
• Minimum 3 years international consulting experience.
• GDS skilled (Amadeus)
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Excellent geography, destination and product knowledge
• Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer literate on MS Office

Duties and Responsibilites
• Read and understand corporate clients travel policy, know where to find information in the policy and ensure it is kept updated. (All Divisions)
• Ascertain client’s needs and advise suitable products and services.
• Prepare and process quotes within time frame set by the clients Service Level Agreement (2 Hours)
• Follow up on all quotes/bookings within 24 hours and every 24 hours until resolved
• Build relationship with client to ensure client retention and possible future clients (friends and family)
• Book all travel related services (flights & ground) Amadeus, website or with supplier in accordance to the clients travel policy.
• Liaise with key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules.
• Advise clients regarding passports, visas, health requirements, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car parking, car hire, transfers, accommodation, excursions and any other travel related services.
• Process clients booking including pre-seating, meals and any special requirements (all bookings to be checked in online , as well as for travel over weekends )
• Ensure that the client has been informed of the conditions of travel, in writing and verbally , before payment is accepted.
• Create and update client’s booking file including client’s contact details and full details of fare quoted and services offered.
• Inform clients of Club Travels’ Terms & Conditions as well as those of the suppliers.
• Collect payment from clients while adhering to Company policy on form of payment and payment procedures. ( For leisure bookings)
• Ensure all necessary documentation is issued within allocated time.
• Make certain the conditions of travel are clearly stated on the itinerary.
• Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where necessary.
• Manage and control own queues.
• Attend to queries immediately.
