Providing Travel advisors with travelers profiles
Client liaison and service
Ensuring MIS info is updated for new clients and ensuring that they have access to on-line reports
Drawing up of service level agreements with clients ( where applicable)
Ensuring all corporate agreement are in place in order to finalise travel policy incorporating travelers profile, key tag, corporate agreement and company info
Updating of monthly figures and ensuring new clients are added to the list, according to forecast travel spend
Submit call reports to National sales & marketing manager on weekly & monthly basis
Submit monthly clients report to national sales & marketing manager regarding appointment and problem areas
Arranging of educational/ breakfasts/ clients functions and liaison with new business
Organise corporate gifts, Christmas etc.
Monthly client base evaluation regarding improved / decreased spend
Presenting training to clients on travel policies and procedures, suppliers and product knowledge
Ensuring up to date knowledge of product and suppliers.
Facilitate quarterly reviews meeting, prepare quarterly reviews feedback to clients
Follow up on payment queries and outstanding payments
Arrange exhibitions/ gold days and client sports days

Qualification:
Marketing/ PR qualifications
Computer literate
3-5 years experience
Previous business management in corporate industry and advantage
Valid drivers license essential
Own car
Excellent communication skills
Travel background and advantage
