Boutique Travel & Event management company looking for a new groups and incentives consultant / account manager.
The position is based in North Riding, Johannesburg, and we are after an experiences consultant in groups and incentives.
Experience is vital. Both Inbound and Outbound experience preferable, but will consider if your focus has been mostly only on one of the areas.
We are after someone who can hit the ground running and who can take over a file or group and run with it from proposal stage until to travelling with the group and everything that needs to happen in between.
The role will also involve some management and supervision of junior staff, office management and client engagement.
Must haves:
- Must have experience with groups and incentive travel
- Must be ok to work in a small office environment
- Must have a positive and lively nature and out look on life
- Must be creative
- Must be proficient in excel, word and powerpoint
- Must be Passionate about travel and customer service
- Must be client centric
- Must have own transport
- Must be able to travel
Our company covers leisure, FIT and group and incentive travel, inbound and outbound, as well as event management and we have a growing corporate gifting department.
