Divisional Executive: New Business Sales, Parktown, Johannesburg

The Divisional Executive: New Business Sales is responsible for ensuring that our company’s sales objectives across all regions in the country are met and / or exceeded.
This is a senior position that involves leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets and developing & implementing effective sales strategies.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
The Divisional Executive: New Business Sales plays a significant role as a leader, is focused on short and long-term goals and will be responsible for developing and driving sales and building awareness and brand loyalty of the company’s brand across South Africa.
The successful incumbent will be proficient in the seamless implementation and roll out of national sales plans; supervising new business sales executives and increasing sales and profitability.
The ideal candidate would need to be a highly experienced and motivated sales professional with proven success in sales management on an executive level.

Qualification:

Sales/Marketing degree or Diploma
 Minimum of 7 years’ sales management experience
 Minimum of 5 years’ new business sales experience
 Excellent negotiation skills
 Excellent Presentation Skills
 Valid Driver’s Licence
