Our TMC Co seeks a Senior VIP Consultant to handle all aspects of travel for the top EXCO of corporate clients
Available to Senior Executives and their immediate families only (i.e. Board members, CEO, CFO)
Providing an elite service for high-level staff members requiring personalised attention and discretion including one-on-one face-to-face consultations
Enhanced, speedier turnaround times
To ensure that any complaints are an exception and to ensure they are resolved promptly
Focus Preferred Suppliers
Ability to handle pressure and volume, personal accountability
Offering a consistent extra mile service while adhering to the SOP and SLA's e.g restaurants, theatre, online check in, frequent flyer miles bookings etc.
Able to assist the VIP clients after hours if required
Prepared to have personal one on one interaction at the client’s office/home if required
Own transport essential

Qualification:
GDS : Amadeus OR Galileo
8+ year Senior Consulting
Travel and Tourism Diploma (adv)
