Job Description
Meticulous person with minimum of 3 years ticketing experience required to do quality checks on tickets issued for various GDS's. Must have knowledge of international fares and ticketing, re-issues, exchanges, recalculations and manual fare builds.
• A working knowledge of at least Amadeus, Galileo or Worldspan (pricing, retrieving historic fares, checking electronic ticket records, etc.). A knowledge of all 3 GDS’s is an advantage. • A good knowledge of Protas is an advantage. • Proficiency in Excel in order to create and maintain a Quality Check report • Ability to read and understand airline contracts • An eye for detail • Ability to work systematically • Ability to record comments in clear, concise point-form • General computer skills (Microsoft Office) • An ability to work under pressure.

• Minimum 3 years ticketing experience • Proficient in at least one GDS • Strong knowledge of International fares • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to prioritise work • Effective team player • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
