Customer Service Agent: Operations, Reservations & Ticketing
Based at Cape Town International Airport
- Meeting with all airport stakeholders
- Customer Relations
- Knowledge & experience in ticket issuing, re-issues, Last Minute Upgrades, Excess Baggage, Exit Seats & EMD's
- Travel Trade Support (telephone reservations)
- Ground handling Liaison and actions
- Liaise with Airport Authorities and Government Authorities to ensure Air Mauritius operations are compliant and in line with local laws and legislation.
- Complete all pre- & post departure documentation, reporting and statistical data

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Matriculation – Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years' airline experience including dispatch, load control & operations
- Tertiary Education required
- Supervisory experience an advantage
- Ability to operate independently within the guidelines stipulated in the Air Mauritius GOM – Ground Operation Manual.
- Understanding & knowledge of:
- Weight & Balance
- Airside Safety Awareness
- Ground Operations
- Understanding of CAA, ICAO, IATA & ACSS guidelines
- Reservations, Ticketing and Amadeus knowledge compulsory
- Computer/IT Skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel, Power Point and Word)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a command of the English Language
- French an advantage
