Job Description
- The purpose of this role is to generate sales by visiting agents as per a pre-determined schedule and by networking amongst role players in the industry;
- Driven to achieve targets, set challenging goals, show energy and enthusiasm, react fast to opportunities
- Develop training and agency development plans to increase sales and awareness of the various TTC brands;
- Develop and implement a sales plan in support of annual business plan;
- Strengthen relationships and achieve growth with agencies;
- Provide weekly trainings, client presentations, product information sessions and ongoing training;
- Ensure that marketing collateral is utilized to its fullest potential;
- Plan & attend consumer shows/events and participate where beneficial;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities;
- Adhere to the Travel Corporation values, goals and objectives;
- Actively seek out and foster group business;
- Actively contribute to the creation of an integrated and focused sales team;
- Any instructions required from time to time based on operational requirements;
- Adhere to company ethics standards

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales;
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role coupled with a customer service ethic;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the travel industry and Salesforce;
- Must have exceptional presentation skills, and
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle in a good working condition.
