• Manage Trade and Sundry Creditors
• Supplier Administration:
• Action all outstanding items
• Manage supplier age analysis
• Distribute work effectively
• Complete audit file sections
• Technology Adoption:
• Apply available technology to all deliverables and outputs

• Implement supplier accounts and supplier  portfolio

• Supplier Relationship Management 
• Engage with and pay suppliers

• Stay abreast of Role and Industry Knowledge

• Ensure correct resourcing (including recruitment, selection, induction, onboarding)

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

·         Rennies Travel products and services

·         Rennies Travel policies and procedures

·         Client Travel Policy

·         Financial processes

·         Accounting

·         Travel related system and procedures

·         Basic Business acumen

·         Grade 12 with Maths/accounting and other commercial subjects 

·         2 years relevant experience
