OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE/BUSINESS PROCESSES
· Data Integrity
o Monitor the system using error notifications to ensure that data is accurate and makes sense and inform the source and Account Management team, Data Team Leader or the IT database administrator of discrepancies for correction or gaps in the data or systems
o Update and maintain the data of the clients, suppliers and internal setup on the system, i.e. organisational structure of the client for the purposes of reporting data
· Reports
o Prepare monthly, quarterly/bi-annual and annual reports and reviews for the external and internal clients providing analysis in the email body
o Develop data and reporting solutions using Microsoft SQL with the aim of creating innovative, automated and scheduled solutions that support the business and bring in revenue.
o Consolidate all client spend with various suppliers and compile a consolidated report for the client on a monthly basis and as required
o Allocate adhoc report requests fairly to the team members
o Prepare ad-hoc reports received from internal and external clients
o Actively drive the support of the Client Support Division by creating of supporting documents, reports and processes
· Training
o May from time to time be required to facilitate on the job training to internal or facilitation to external stakeholders on Data analysis or Data Systems
o Will be expected to attend technical a non-technical training to ensure growth in our role and a holistic understanding of the business.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
· Receive and resolve client requests on travel spend from both internal and external clients
· Manage Data Service Level Agreements
· Consistent creation of innovative report solutions as well as process improvement
· Design and extract reports from the system
· Ensure Automation is kept top of mind when building report by building and scheduling reports using SSRS
· Present the information to the client in a professional format utilizing proposed templates.
· Analyse data and process this into meaningful information in order to meet the client's request and ensuring that client specific requirements are adhered to

· Actively drive the charging of ad hoc reports as well as monthly reports that sit outside of a client Management Fee
· Manage own costs and meet revenue targets
· Make suggestions to ensure that cost centre costs can be managed optimally

Qualification:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Grade 12 with a business related certificate. Required (not-negotiable)
· Business Degree Advantageous (nice to have)
KNOWLEDGE (The things the person has to KNOW to be able to do the job)

· Knowledge of data analytics
· Knowledge of Excel
· Advantageous (nice-to-have):
· Knowledge of the travel industry
EXPERIENCE (The experience i.e. things the person must have done and must have had exposure to, that are required for the position)

· Extensive use of Excel (at least 3 years’ experience required including usage of pivots, v-lookups, slicers, graphs, formulas and macros)
· Experience in data analytics
· Experience in using MS SQL Server
