- Cold calling
- Resolving and handling customer queries
- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Plan & attend consumer shows/events and participate where beneficial

Requirements:
- 3+ years sales experience in sales
- Senior Certificate – a sales related degree | diploma is advantageous
- Knowledge of the aviation/airline industry
- Own reliable vehicle essential
- Amadeus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good work ethic and a positive, confident, pro-active approach to work
- A calm, diplomatic and mature attitude is essential
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and resolving operational issues
