Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 5-10 years Travel Agency Experience
- Hotels, Packages, Sightseeing, Transfers, Car Rental, Rail.
Should have experience in
- Adhoc FIT quotations with Suppliers & Clients
- Costing of Adhoc FIT Enquires and sending quotations to Clients
- Negotiation skills with Suppliers
- Action Confirmation, Reconfirmation, Amendments & Cancellations
- Should have worked with Online Supplier Systems like GTA / Hotelbeds / Expedia etc.
- Should have worked with Offline Suppliers.
- Very well versed with MS- Word, Excel and Internet browsing, with keyboard skills preferable.

- Should share good rapport with Supplier for day to day functionality.
- Must possess professional attitude and have interpersonal skills to handle Clients, Customers, Suppliers & Accounts and different teams within the company.
- Should have negotiation and closing skills.
- Should be able to work on multiple systems within Company or Supplier systems.
- Attention to detail and handle information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Ability to multi task efficiently & work under pressure.
- Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects / bookings.
- Fluency in email and verbal communication and ability to interact with cross culture clients.
- Fluency in Languages: English - Written and Spoken.
- Positive, confident, Pro-active and determined approach.
