QUALITY CONTROL AND ISSUE AIR TICKETS
§ Galileo and Amadeus certificates
§ Full understanding of ticketing / issue in exchange / interline policies / IT fares
§ BSP understanding

§ Maximum 2 hour turnaround time for processing bookings
§ Processing of refunds to BSP in a timely manner
CRM PROCESS
§ The ability to understand and use service fees
§ Build BARS/PARS and use with all reservations
§ The ability to use contracts
§ Follow procedures and the use of processor
§ Ensuring that all transactions and transactions fees are correctly charged at the time of ticketing
§ Ensuring all ECC charges are invoiced out the following day
