OBTAINING NEW BUSINESS
§ Obtain new businesses through cold calling , tenders, proposals and presentations
§ Exceed the budget by gaining new business using the appropriate implementation plan
§ Adhere to the company product strategy when acquiring new business
MARKETING DATA
§ Use marketing data to maximize sales effectively and efficiently by using relevant management tools
STANDARDSOPERATING PROCEDURE(SOP)AND TARGETS
§ Ensure all operational requirements are sold to the new business clients in line with the operations (SOP)
§ Annual sales targets to be met
FINANCIALS
§ Ensure all financial models sold to new business clients are at the required business level
CUSTOMER SERVICES
§ Provide high service levels to all new business clients
§ Identify and manage new business clients expectations
§ Manage new business clients in order to gain the business
§ Liaise with both internal and external clients
