- Good working knowledge of Amadeus (incl reissues and EMD's)
- Min 3 years consulting experience
- Strong geographical, destination and product knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of fares and ticketing
- High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative skill
- Outgoing with excellent customer service skills
- Work independently and in a team
- Passionate and self-motivated
