Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Minimum of 12 years senior experience as a travel consultant in corporate retail travel
- Travel Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and developments within the travel industry.
- Bidtravel preferred suppliers and product knowledge.
- Knows and understands software packages required to perform own job function including Galileo.
- Fares knowledge.
- Customer Care principles.
- Accounting principles / administration.
- Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems, HR policies, and procedures of the organisation.
- Experience in handling complex travel arrangements.
