Job Description
The main objective of this role is to provide information, advice and booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand. This is achieved through exceeding the client’s expectations thereby creating long term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and offering customers the best deals most suited to their needs.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Fulfilment of bookings made on Travellinck online booking tool.
- Ascertain client’s needs and advise suitable products and services.
- Prepare and process domestic offline quotes within time frames set by client’s Service Level Agreement.
- Book all domestic offline travel related services (flights and land) on Sabre, website or directly with supplier in accordance with client’s Travel Policy.
- Follow up on quotes within 3 days. Advise clients regarding car parking, car hire, transfers, accommodation and any other domestic travel related services.
- Process client’s bookings including pre-seating, meals, online check-in and any special requirements.
- Ensure that the client has been informed of the conditions of travel, in writing, before payments is accepted.
- Create and update client’s booking files including client’s contact details and frequent flyer information.
- Inform clients of Club Travel’s Terms & Conditions as well as those of the suppliers.
- Make certain the conditions of travel, particularly pertaining to Changes & Cancellations, are clearly stated on the itinerary.
- Collect payment from clients while adhering to Company policy on form of payment and payment procedures (For leisure bookings).
- Ensure all necessary documentation is issued within allocated time.
- Assist with the changes to travel arrangements and bookings where necessary.
- Manage and control booking queues.
- Invoicing of Low cost airline reservations.
- Maintenance of self-booking tool uploads (customer profiles).

General Details
- Minimum 2 years corporate consulting experience
- Must be proficient/certified on Galileo or Amadeus , preferably Sabre GDS and Protas proficient
- Excellent geography, destination and product knowledge
- Outgoing and approachable with exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about travel and people
