INTERN REQUIRED
Function reporting directly to the Head of sales. The successful candidate is expected to provide and maintain the quality and standards of the Company within a pressurized environment and responsible to provide a full implementation and tender support administrative function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Briefing session attendance and tender submissions
- Perform an efficient administrative support function to tender desk
- Ensuring all necessary company documents, certificates etc. are current and updated
- Managing CSD registration process
- Assist with update of tender library
- Data registration
- Supplier registration
- Complete all daily duties as set out in departmental duties as per operational requirements
- To complete additional tasks as and where directed
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Assist implementation lead to establish client and Business Requirements for roll out
- Assist with preparation of an implementation action plan
- Assist with identifying key people and teams to be involved in implementation process – Project team
- Assist with communication with all divisions and client to ensure all necessary information is gathered and communicated to all relevant teams
- Assist with confirmation that all communicated information has been implemented within each division
- Assist with testing all systems and processes for go live of account
- Assist with ensuring all contracts and SLA are finalised
- Ensure training on all levels done before go live – eg. Fees, finance and ops processes
- Checklist and formal signed off handover
