Report directly to Executive Product Head. Assist with any other tasks given by your manager. ownership of a workflow and its process. Develop product knowledge by undergoing training and by self-determined learning. Resolve any issues that may arise efficiently and professionally. When required, assist with rates administration and related data capturing on the in-house reservation system

Qualification:
Travel and Tourism Certificate.
Tour Operating / Travel industry experience an advantage - preferably in product and contracting environment with practical experience in reading and understanding hotel and supplier contracts.
Practical working experience in a professional office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Accurate and Analytical - High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail.
Good Global Geographical knowledge.
Strong organisational abilities - to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Results orientated - Able to work well in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of Process Flows.
