KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
· Ensuring an effective reception function
o Receive guests in a friendly, efficient, professional and neat manner. Provide immediate service.
o Contacting the relevant stakeholder advising them of the arrival of the visitor
o Ensure security standards are adhered to
o Arrange parking for guests (if required)
· Ensuring an efficient and effective switchboard function
o Answer and screen all incoming calls
o Take and forward accurate messages
o Contact Telephone department for repairs or maintenance in the event that the switchboard is not fully functional.
· Accounts
o Collecting the tickets and purchase order and invoices on a daily basis, scanning orders and documentation.
o Assisting Finance with queries
o Ordering stationery
o Speed pointing the necessary leisure service fees and from time to time assisting with speed points for finance
· Processing
o Assist consultants with issuing vouchers, travel documents and on line check-ins.
o Processing visas
o Issuing vouchers
o Processing for consultants

Matric, 2 years’ experience as an Administrator / Receptionist
