The ideal Reservations Call Centre Manager is a highly sales driven, passionate, collaborative, outgoing and creative oriented individual. A seasoned candidate will demonstrate the skills and take on the responsibilities listed below. As the Call Centre Manager, you will strive to lead the Reservations Team, by offering the support required. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Sales are being closed by the reservations team and desired results are being met. Make sure you are living up to the expectations of the organisation. Your focus will be to support the team to increase sales by working with our company plan, to reach our annual goals.

Qualification:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Call Centre Manager / Supervisor. Non Negotiable. Must be currently working in the Travel Industry – candidates who don’t meet this requirement will not be considered

Practical Skills Required
- At least 2+ years’ experience as Reservations or Call Centre Manager
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry! ….cruising will be advantageous
- Strong Leadership and Management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and conflict management skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft office programs
- Advanced excel would be a bonus
- Understanding of Marketing Practices
