Job Description
Focus on quality implementation on the following areas:
Quality input into paper trail (Orders/Invoices/Payments)
Quality on Debtors invoices and statements send to clients
Improvement on cash flow
Turnaround times on processing
Attend daily meetings with Debtors, and Team Leaders
Attend Account meetings with clients on a regular basis
Knowledge on debtors/ and Processing
Responsible for daily reporting requirements for financial manager.
Coaching, counselling and staff training
Able to cope under pressure
Develop team, train team where needed on specific accounts, client visits and feedback on the clients visits.
Reports on team and age analysis to senior debtor’s manager, must be assertive in collections, and must have government collection experience.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
9-13 yrs experience in debtors, creditors, invoicing and Quicktrav.
Matric
Accounts experience.
Excel
Analytical skills
Good communication skills.
Study towards credit management
Leadership qualities, supervisory experience
