Qualification:
Key Duties & Responsibilities • Maintaining the tables used by iQCX to perform quality control functions. This will include, but not be limited to: * the “loading” of new clients’ details and rules specific to that client in iQCX, with information obtained from the accounts Department * loading new staff and ITC’s in iQCX, with information obtained from the Franchise Department • Co-ordinate the uploading of data files to iBank in conjunction with CLUB IT e.g. Data Doctor • Mapping processes and operations with the intent of streamlining • Take control of the passenger profiles in the GDS’ • Ad hoc report requests from iQCX e.g. Unticketed PNR’s, Agent Errors • Verify & research data consistency • Maintain iQCX / iBank users • Write ResRules for iQCX • Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Schedules and System •Monitor Areas in iQCX e.g. resend failed Itinerary Emails, Agent Errors Skills, Experience & Education Successful candidates thrive in a team environment, excel in taking initiative to solve problems, and be committed to owning projects/tasks through their completion. Specific requirements include: • Basic GDS proficiency • Experience working with travel data • Experienced with Excel • Detail oriented with data • Procon experience desired
