Job Description
- Read and understand corporate clients travel policy.
- Domestic, Regional and International consulting.
- Ascertain client’s needs and advise suitable products and services: full time consulting.
- Prepare and process quotes within time frame set by clients Service Level Agreement.
- Follow up on all quotes within 24 hours.
- Build professional relationships with clients to ensure client retention.
- Book all travel related services (flights & ground) either on Amadeus GDS, website or with supplier in accordance to the clients travel policy.
- Liaise with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules.
- Advise clients regarding passports, visas, health requirements, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car parking, car hire, transfers, accommodation, excursions and any other travel related services.
- Process clients booking including pre-seating, meals and any special requirements.
- Ensure that the client has been informed of the conditions of travel; understand fare rules.
- Process refunds.
- Ensure client’s booking file is updated and Customer Profiles are up to date.
- Adhering to Company policy on form of payment and payment procedures.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is issued within allocated time.
- Make certain the conditions of travel are clearly stated on the itinerary.
- Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where necessary.
- Follow up with each client after their trip for feedback on services provided.
- Manage and control queues.
- Assist other consultants when required.
- Arrange collection or delivery of travel documentation.
- General administration.
- Remain flexible to the wider business needs of the company by rendering assistance for ad hoc projects and duties as required.
- Required to do After Hour work, on a rotational basis.

Qualification:
Skills Experience and Education:
- Minimum 4 years corporate consulting experience with Amadeus as a GDS. Galileo and Quicktrav a plus.
- Excellent geography, destination and product knowledge.
- Outgoing and approachable with exceptional customer service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about travel and people.
- Computer literate with MS Outlook and the internet.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to excel under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong sales focus.
- Team player.
