The position of Debtors Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Debtors Administrators, with skill levels ranging from junior to senior posts. The Team Leader must ensure that our commitment to clients and their SLA agreements are met and that the structure, workload and client distribution is managed in the best interest of both the business and the capacity of our staff. The management of the monthly debtor’s age and overview, weekly client invoice delivery, monthly mailing of client statements, receipting of monies paid and debtor query management will be the main focus of this position
