Intra-African Tour Operator
Africa Geographic is looking for a young, dynamic person to assist with a growing international inbound tour demand. Candidates need to be experienced and comfortable dealing with both FIT and Set Departure itineraries, their design, quoting, and booking. Superb inter-personal skills are required for the handling and liaison of AG clients on email and/or phone. Predisposition to work occasionally after hours, and handle travel emergencies, and or guests queries when they arise is very important.

8000 ZAR gross
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Compulsory Skills / Abilities:
- 1 to 2 years experience in the travel or related industry
- Computer literate: MS office - Word/Excel/Outlook
- Travel related course/diploma/experience
- Good numeric skills
- Good geography knowledge
- Good spoken and written English (other languages advantageous)
Other requirements:
- High attention to detail
- GREAT time management and organisational skills
- GREAT telephone skills
- GOOD conflict resolution & management
- GOOD team player
- GOOD communication skills
- Availability and predisposition to work flexible hours, when and if needed, especially when situations require it
