Responsible for all Online Travel Products on the Company’s Travel Website, including but not limited to Airlines, Car Rental, Hotels, Transfers, and Allocated Packages etc. Supplier relationships. Supply relevant product information for Campaigns, help co-ordinate and execute campaigns and report on the results. Contribute towards innovative concepts and ways to market travel and other loyalty benefits to our customers.
Ability to strategically plan and schedule more than 6 months in advance and adhere to set schedules.
Keep up to date with updates and changes related to online product. Weekly Price comparisons. Identify training requirements. Assists with execution of Travel campaigns. Reporting on all Online Product results. Help execute online product. Unpack supplier contracts for operational execution and ensure adherence to contracts and / or SLA’s. Oversee online product content to ensure accurate information being displayed to customers.

Qualification:
Matric qualification.
Min 6 years’ experience in a Travel Product Co-ordinating role (Domestic and International).
Exceptional knowledge on Airlines and must have worked on a GDS (preferably Galileo).
Experience with the Online Hotel Industry advantageous.
Experience with Travel Online Booking Engines advantageous.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
