Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Handle Creditors function for the Cape Town Office and assist with all general accounting practices, including reporting
- Ensure the smooth running of the financial processes
- Provide an efficient and professional front line service to clients and colleagues on the switchboard and at the reception desk
- Quicktrav knowledge essential
- Assist with all visa enquires and applications
- Travel or Tourism Certificate
- Finance / Bookkeeping Diploma an advantage
- Two years financial travel industry experience
- Fully PC literate – MS Office Applications – Intermediate Excel essential
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Good geographical travel knowledge
- High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to meet deadlines
- Strong administrative skills
- Must be a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
