Job Description
The main purpose of the role is the invoicing of BSP Air tickets that reject and processing refunds and EMD refunds as per consultant’s requests.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Invoicing of BSP Air tickets that reject
- Process Refunds and EMD refunds as per consultant’s requests.
- Invoicing of BSP Air tickets
- Processing of Refunds on BSP Link & the GDS system on a daily basis
- Ensuring that the correct values are processed for refund in order to minimize ADM’s received for errors.
- Ensuring that the correct cancellation penalty is applied to each refund
- Issuing of credit notes for refunds processed
- Replying to refund queries logged via our web within 24 hrs
- Following up on submitted refunds via BSP Link which are older than 1 month, on a monthly basis
- Assisting when necessary in the BSP Department

General Details
- Minimum 5 years experience (airline and travel agency)
- Fares Knowledge & understanding rules governing air tickets is essential
- Recon knowledge advantageous
- Knowledge of how to calculate automated refunds
- Knowledge of processing refunds on BSP Link
- Attention to detail
