Job Description
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to appropriate personnel or departments
- Updating the extension list
- Take and deliver messages to relevant personnel
- Send the weekly and monthly report w.r.t the telephone system to Operational manager
- Answer questions about organisation and provides callers with address, directions and other information as required.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
- Receives, sorts and routes mail as well as handling outgoing mail and correspondence
- Performing other clerical duties as needed

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Telephone etiquette course
- 3+ years’ experience as receptionist
- Previous experience in travel industry an advantage
- Excellent communications skills
