Job Description
A dynamic Travel Company is currently looking for a Debtors Controller.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Reconciliation of Debtors accounts
- Preparing statements to be sent to clients
- Age analysis which includes:
- Allocating of payments
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Other Ad hoc duties

Salary - highly negotiable dependent on experience

Experience & Knowledge:
- 2 + years’ experience in similar role;
- Quick Trav experience would be advantageous
- Travel industry experience would be advantageous
Skills & Attributes:
- Computer literate,
- Proficient in excel (must be able to do pivot tables and V-Lookup)
- Excellent communication skills,
- Able to perform under pressure;
- Deadline driven;
- High attention to detail is a must
- High quality checking of statements.
