Team Leader Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Team Leader Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- On-the-job training.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Ability to lead a team of 4 - 6 consultants as well as consult to customers.

Salary
R 16, 000 pm basic + sales commission + profit share on team profit

General Details
- Two Shifts – 07h30 to 15h30 & 10h30 to 18h30
- Lunch 11h30 & 14h30 (30mins)
- Tea Breaks – Shift 1 (09h30 & 13h30) Shift 2 (12h30 & 16h30)
- Call Centre Monday to Saturdays (09h00 to 16h00)
- Sundays (09h00 to 14h00
