Job Description
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a customer service role
- Highly presentable and in line with brand image
- Professionalism, patience and a “people first” attitude
- Highly skilled in building and nurturing relationships both with customers and internally.
- Superior Communication skills to customers of all levels in both English and Afrikaans
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Firm understanding of customer service expectations and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
Duties Include:
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up to ensure resolution is reached
- Keeping record of customer interactions
- Follow communication guidelines, procedures and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage the customer and reach a viable solution
- Conduct Bon Voyage and Welcome back calls in line with company procedures
- Conduct Customer Surveys
- Managing database of high net worth customers and building and managing relationships
- Reporting to management on the above
Availability
Immediately or to start 1 Feb 2022

R 25, 000 pm
