Temporary (3 month contract)
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- All aspects of processing tickets refunds in the GDS, on Bsplink or submit to the airline as per eTravel refund process.
- Checking all refund calculations and penalties and liaise with ITC / Fares and airlines.
- Processing of refund credit notes and other refund administrative duties.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with Accountancy & Mathematics
- Computer literacy – MS Office (particularly Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Quicktrav Software knowledge would be advantageous

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years BSP ticket refunds experience (dealing with both GDS & Bsplink refund applications)
Professional Characteristics:
- Include, inter alia, unquestioned integrity, discipline, accuracy, proactivity, strong communication skills and service-orientation.
- The nature of the position coupled with the caliber of person we are seeking necessitates a self-driven, results-oriented individual with the ability to function successfully under sometimes stressful conditions, while adhering to strict deadlines.
