- Provide client, user, agent and staff training where necessary
- Provide first and second-line support for our online booking tools
- Provide client, user and agent training
- Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate key personnel where necessary.
- Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Support experience on online booking tools.
- Galileo experience is essential
- Must have been a senior travel advisor.
- Online implementation/support experience will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of business travel
- The ability to systematically analyze errors and suggest solutions
- Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
- Good communication skills
